Return and Refund Policy

At Arcana Poetry Press, we value our readers and want you to be satisfied with your purchases. Please review our refund and return policy before making a purchase.

1. Physical Books & Merchandise

We accept returns and refunds only in the following cases:

Damaged or Defective Items: If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong book or item, let us know within 7 days of delivery, and we will send you the correct item at no additional cost.

Conditions for Returns

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and the item must be in unused, original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or personal preference.

2. Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Submissions)

All digital sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds on eBooks, downloadable PDFs, or submission fees.
